Fun article! I'll only point out that blinders are not required for ADS driving, even at the time of the writing of this article. They do, however require a bit.
This has been true since before the writing of this article.

Thank you for clarifying the rule. I had been told by members of my driving club that open bridles were not allowed by ADS rules. It is good to know they are permitted.....now to convince them that bitless open bridles should also be permitted!!
